House Rules and Safety Information

Basic information and rules

Welcome to Serenity Waves Villas. We wish you a pleasant stay. For your comfort and safety, please observe the following rules:

  1. 1Check-In & Check-OutCheck-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  2. 2Quiet HoursPlease observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  3. 3Parties & EventsParties and events are not permitted.
  4. 4Maximum OccupancyOnly registered guests may stay overnight.
  5. 5Smoking PolicySmoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa.
  6. 6PetsPets are allowed only with prior management approval.
  7. 7Sauna RulesUse the sauna at your own risk and follow all provided instructions.
  8. 8Air ConditioningThe air conditioning system is equipped with sensors and will only operate when doors and windows are closed.
  9. 9Security & Alarm SystemLock all doors and windows and activate the alarm (instructions provided) when leaving the villa.
  10. 10Toilet UsageDo not flush toilet papers or napkins down the toilet. Please use the bins provided for all waste.
  11. 11Hot WaterPlease allow up to 45 minutes for the hot water system to heat the water when needed.
  12. 12Damage & MaintenanceIn case of facility issues or property damage contact the host.
  13. 13Personal Belongings & LiabilityGuests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Serenity Wave Villas accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  14. 14Emergency ServicesIn case of an emergency, call 112 immediately.
  15. 15Non Emergency ServicesFor non-emergency assistance during your stay, please contact the Guest Services Team.
