General Safety Instructions

Basic information and rules

Welcome to Serenity Waves Villas. We wish you a pleasant stay. For your comfort and safety, please strictly observe the following rules:

  1. 1Please respect check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) times.
  2. 2Smoking inside the villa is PROHIBITED. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
  3. 3No parties or events without prior approval from the host.
  4. 4Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbours.
  5. 5Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host.
  6. 6Use the pool responsibly. No diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
  7. 7Please help us conserve water and electricity during your stay.
  8. 8Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
  9. 9Lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
  10. 10Please report any damage or maintenance issues to us as soon as possible.
